Gentlepeople,
I knew it was too good to be true. When Geert Jan said we had a huge NOC, I was really happy. We'll have a large team, and having room will be really good. However, then Ray had an idea.....
Seems they're thinking of adding a 9th breakout.
The first thought was to put it in the Euro Centre. When I was there, we identified a lack of available fiber going there. Geert Jan, can you confirm?
Marcia asks....
> When we did the site trip, we saw the Euro Center but from what I remember, there was going to be an issue with getting network access over there. Was that just because it was a different part of the building and you would need to spend more money to get it covered or where there other obstacles?

> The reason for my question, Ray is inquiring about adding a 9th breakout. I am going to look back at what we already have to see if I can make it work, but it make it most beneficial, the room needs to accommodate around 100-150. When I looked the first time, we didn't have anything else in the main section that would accommodate, they are all smaller rooms.
And then later she suggested ....

> In looking at the space, the only room we currently have that is not already a breakout room and would be large enough to accommodate the 100-150 people is the Pressroom, the NOC. I there any possibility of moving that room to two other on the same floor? We have Madrid and Lisbon that are not currently being used. The rooms are 49 sq.m each and can accommodate 14 in u-shape. You would definitely need both rooms but didn't know if this would work for you.

> I am attaching the floor plan. Not sure we can even get those two rooms early, but wanted to check with you to see if there is even the possibility.

So, the question is, IF we can get them early, are we willing to trade down to 2x49 sqm? Thoughts?
