I didn't check because it was out of scope, but will ask today & report
at the conf call.

Couple of points..
- The current NOC room 0.11 is larger than many of the meeting rooms.
  (so it did sound too good to be true).
  It would also easily hold storage space, table tennis, pool game,
  the works. Really.
- The current NOC room 0.11 is not easy to get to (you'll have to
  get through a hallway behind some doors, not difficult but you'll
  have to know your way, which is convinient for a NOC room as it
  avoids tourists but perhaps less suitable for a meeting room)
- Current NOC room 0.11 is next to the loading bay
- Madrid and Lisbon are connected to SER3, not SER1 like 0.11

Has Marcia considered the explo foyer? It will hold 150 folk and then some,
does have network and is next to MECCCafe and MECC at table.
There might be $$$ issues but it was available when I asked 
(they said it was unlikely, but possible, it would be given to
another event) and is close and accessible and ...

For equipment, we might also want to look at 0.12 or 0.13, 
I did not check out those rooms (I social-engineered myself into 0.11,
didn't have maps then and didn't know about 0.12 and 0.13.
Catch: 0.12 and 0.13 are only accessible through 0.11 which is
inconvinient. Perhaps install equipment in SER1 after all?
We do have access there 24/7, it's locked, and it's easier accessible,
AC'ed, and an M7 doesn't add to the noise already there.
