OK, I got maps, pics, no answer yet on the fiber question but that's
my fault for not being explicit enough.

Access to Euro Centre is through SER7. But there is a catch.

"The rooms in the Eurocenter are patched via SER 7.
 See attachements for pictures of the switches [pictures -> ser7 on 
 the psg.com report website - geertj] and a map [added to 'maps' - geertj]
 which includes notes on where SER7 is.
 The patch list of the outlets will follow.
 Access to SER 7 is more complicated however because the whole office network
 runs through this room and only authorized people have access to it.
 Of course, we'll find a way to make it work
