[ietf79-tech] asking a favor again

Hi Ruediger,

We need you kind help again. Now we brought up a backup link through
CSTNET (AS7497) for ietf network (AS290). Again, cstnet has same route
registry issue as cernet had before. Could you please help again to
allow cstnet advertise ietf network block? This backup link is only
for backup purpose, so they should only advertise 130.129/16 and
2001:df8::/32.

(i'm very glad to find out cstnet also connect to deutsche telekom
where i know we have a good friend to help us :).
