Rancid sent this email this morning:

Routers changed to down:
       gw1-sw.meeting.ietf.org:cisco:down
       term1-sw.meeting.ietf.org:cisco:down
       term2-sw.meeting.ietf.org:cisco:down

gw1-sw connected to core-sw on GigabitEthernet1/0/50, which is
currently link-down.

I think core-sw's time is off, but I think the syslog timestamp is right:

Nov 5 23:10:02 core-sw 1761: Nov 5 17:10:01.617 CEST:
%LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/50,
changed state to down
Nov 5 23:10:02 core-sw 1762: Nov 5 17:10:02.657 CEST:
%LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/50, changed state to down
Nov 5 23:40:22 core-sw 1763: Nov 5 17:40:21.806 CEST:
%LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/52,
changed state to down
Nov 5 23:40:23 core-sw 1764: Nov 5 17:40:22.838 CEST:
%LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/52, changed state to down

so at 23:10 the link to gw1-sw went down, and at 23:40 the link to
ec-sw went down.

We need the terminal room to be connected this morning, so getting the
link to gw1-sw back up is probably first priority.
