[ietf79-tech] the printer that ate chicago

This option was discussed at length and someone from the host team
offered to purchase it for it however the printer he was going to get
us had two major drawbacks in that it was essentially the same price,
but would take longer to arrive and it needed to be paid for in cash
RMB which would have been equivalent to $1,000 USD. However if the
behemoth in our office fails to work properly then I will happily
purchase a printer, though I would much prefer if we could pay with
credit card.
