[ietf79-tech] 100Mbps-connected APs

Hey everyone,

We've noticed that a handful of APs have negotiated to 100Mbps instead of
1Gbps.  These may indicate bad cables.  See

for a list of what APs are at this speed -- currently there are 5.

Hewu, Wentao, could your team look at this issue?
