[ietf79-tech] Meeting notes: IETF 79 Tech Call Monday/Tuesday October 11th/12th

Slightly less rough meeting notes than last week:
Jim to check on availability of AS 290. Please do not advertise AS 290 until
Jim gives the OK.
Leon to continue working on obtaining Juniper routers in Beijing.
China team to provide external connectivity diagram.
China team setting up hot stage network. Working on temporary external
routers. Hot stage will have two core switches, one PoE switch, and three
AP's.
Will keep configs on switches and AP's the same as Maastricht, for the most
part. Some changes may include deleting the configs for EduRoam and other
experiments, as well as adding configs for any experiments for this meeting.
Discussion on connection between the hotel network and the IETF network.
China Cisco engineer will work to develop network design and will post to
list.
Will test configuration with hotel two weeks before the start of the IETF
meeting.
VM's and servers--VM server is up and running. China team is downloading
VM's cleaned by Wej now. Wej to work with China team in getting Management
VM working. China team starting to work on web portal (NAC).
China team to start link testing October 25th. May be able to deploy
routers/etc. during that week.
China team to review available test gear. Volunteer team may be able to
supplement the China team's gear. Will need to know soon if any test gear
needs to be shipped. We will plan on bringing some gear with us. It will
help to know what the China team has so we know what best to bring.
