When you're over spec like that, it /MIGHT/ work, but you need to make sure everything is super clean and hope there aren't any crosspatches of note. Is there any chance you could get a OTDR report on the links end to end before they go into service? Loss numbers will give you a real feeling for the likelihood of success.
Wej, since you've done a bunch of this lately, do you have an opinion?
