[ietf79-tech] Meeting invitation: IETF 79 Tech Call

[Xiaoliang Zhao]

Admittedly I'm not good at transmission stuff, but our team has a
transmission engineer. I am hoping to get IPv6 circuit laid out by this week
then we will go in and do all needed tests.
