I've cleared a couple of spam tickets and created an internal page for 
contact info for IETF 79:

A couple of housekeeping items:

Team members who don't already have an IETF login will want to create one:

http://trac.tools.ietf.org/newlogin

as authentication to trac is based on a poll of the IETF htdigest file.

Access to the NOC internal pages is controlled by a local group file and 
team members can hand edit this file on the management box (or get someone 
else to do it) in order to get to the files

TRAC_ADMIN currently belongs to:

Guessing I can drop "randy", may need to update "fenner at fenron.com"

(and that have an entry in either the ietf or the local .htdigest file)
and I'll add the entries.

Looks like we can start populating the wiki pages anytime.
