[ietf81-tech] Router event

Hey Lenny - it appears that we had a hard drive fail on the the router 
with the RE850 that you guys sent us.

It currently mounted an emergency /var. At first, it didn't see the hard 
drive at all. We reseated the RE and it then at least saw the drive.

Failover worked perfectly - we flipped to the other router with no 
notice to anyone.

However - what should we do from here? Is it a matter of just going and 
buying another 2.5" drive?

Also, it doesn't appear that we have return shipping labels for these 2.
