[ietf83-tech] EOS instance running in a vm: billo.meeting.ietf.org

Hey guys,

I was hoping to do some BGP interop testing with JunOS.  To that end,
I've set up an EOS instance running in a vm: billo.meeting.ietf.org.
It has the standard admin password, so if it is wreaking havoc, feel
free to log in and shut it down.
