[ietf83-tech] not a complain... just an observation... wow this is painful

Just a sleepy engineer's data point:
ietf-hotel: got dhcp but could not ping first hop router.
wire in the room: going through airport, but could not get anywhere past the airport
Concorde wireless: good enough to send this email.
