[ietf85-tech] AP on the 27th floor

Hi James,

There's an AP on the 27th floor that's misbehaving and could probably be fixed with a reboot.  It's broadcasting a BSSID of 0:0:0:0:0:0.  We saw the same behavior with an AP on the 20th and restarting it corrected the problem.
