[ietf86-tech] Updated deployment diagram

I had to shuffle some gear around to accommodate an overlapping meeting
that we're servicing.  We'll have a few less of the 3560CG-8s, but we
should still have plenty.  I may be able to scrape together a couple more
of them prior to shipment.

(note: this diagram doesn't include gear that lives in the rack nor the two
additional 3750s that will be deployed in the "MDF")
