[ietf86-tech] Two APs lost their A radios

Odd. Ill take a look at them this evening after dinner. They are
replacement devices, so maybe something is goofed. We have spares, so no
huge problem either way.

ap3012 and ap3013 seem to have lost their A radios.  They even report
themselves to be 1141s.

They're both in the same room, so this is probably a noticeable loss in "a"
coverage.
