I think that the trick is to have many small spaces which are noise isolated.
I know that I suffer (badly!) from, "I can't hear myself, so I should talk
louder", and that others have the same problem, and that we spiral out of
control.  (And drinking lowers the talk-louder inhibition...)

I guess, in the end, there was no IPv6 Scotch.
Me, (still in Ottawa), I was hashing on Thursday night.... which could be
considered the "Running Beer(code)" part of "IPv6 Scotch"...
