[ietf86-tech] Two APs lost their A radios

I think I was just cross-eyed here.  Yes, they report the 1141's
sysObjectId, but they have "A" radios, and they were up when I was
investigating.  How do I know?  Because my phone associated with ap3013
while I was exploring looking for the physical hardware:

Mar  9 00:00:57.565 UTC: %DOT11-6-ASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio1, Station
5426.9651.396f Associated KEY_MGMT[WPAv2]
Mar  9 00:02:07.563 UTC: %DOT11-6-ROAMED: Station 5426.9651.396f Roamed to

(One thing to investigate is that these messages don't appear in
/var/log/messages on management, either from the syslog or from the traps.
 *some* messages from *some* APs are showing in /var/log/messages...)
